You disable my machine and then try to blame me for it what kind of support is that? This incident occured when tech tried to do something that you do not support. I found this out a couple of days later. My request was clear, I wanted to link my laptop to the desktop I have in the basement. These guys should not have attempted to help me because you do not support this. And now you are blaming me and saying that you did nothing wrong. Your guys attempted a process that you do not support. I will be forced to take legal action if you can not resolve this matter. Bell is 100% to blame for this. Your guy Ganesh removed my wireless adaptor from my laptop and that it. If you can not help me who can? You expect me to be happy with what you have done. I can not get onto the internet. You said that you wouldn't tell me exactly what this guy did. You screw things up and take no responsibility! I have just discovered a very serious problem. I have on this laptop a CAD program that will not work. It has to go to the internet to obtain a license to run, without this licence it will not operate. Your guys screwed this function up. I now have a $4500 non functioning program! I need to know what Ganesh did to my laptop. He was on it for 1 1/2 hours but could not get it working after he screwed it up. I have found a person to fix this problem but he has requested that Ganesh provide me with all that he did to my laptop. I would expect Bell to pay for this as it was a Bell employee that screwed up my laptop.
