On Jan 1, I purchased a Net 10 telephone and didn't like the quality on Jan 12 I saw a Net 10 telephone that I liked at Fred Myer later that evening I called Net 10 to transfer my existing unlimited service and activate the new net 10 telephone, upon completion of the transfer of service the representative of Net 10 told me that it would take 72hrs for the unlimited plan to be active on Jan 16 I called because the new telephone didn't work and a rep. Had me enter some numbers and told me that it would take 24hrs for the new telephone to be active and gave me a ticket number, on Jan 17 7:30pm I called Net 10 to tell them my Net 10 telephone is still not working I gave the rep. The ticket number and she told me that she was transferring me to another department to handle the problem. Now its 8:47pm and I been on hold waiting for someone to assist me I've been very patient in this matter and the customer service in this matter is unsat, piss poor. Problems in someone phone service should not go on for this long, customer service like this should not tolerated! On Jan 18 I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau about this matter.
