Refusal to terminate business and harrasing phonecalls

I'm being harrassed with everyday software calls from clear cable.

I used a application that included a Computer that I bought at BESTBUY. That application permitted me to begin Obvious cable being an alternative. I'd transferred to some fresh condition and that I didn't have web connection however. And so I closed with Obvious Cable for 30 days. I just applied that support for around 7 days. It'd bad party and that I had them transferred into my new condo where I'd an Internet Company. I observed Obvious Cable had billed me my consideration another period. I called them to ask why. They explained I've not browse the plan: they might just stop the automated payment easily named the, I mentioned okay. Please stop this support from today on. I subsequently observed they'd billed my charge card again. I named them-and this time around they explained that just BESTBUY might stop the contract (!). I named BESTBUY. But BESTBUY stated that they'd NOTHING related to it. BESTBUY fixed my telephone call to some Obvious Cable consultant (a poor link, the woman was from Asia or Pakistan). She declined to I would like to consult with her supervisor and declined to end my consideration (BTW I never closed any two-year agreement or something like this). They charged me a third-time. I named them again and that I told them I had been not likely to spend 45$/month to get a support I had been not employed or desired. I ultimately terminated my charge card to avoid them from getting my income. Since that time Obvious Cable locations software calls to my cellphone twice daily. Clear wire is just a scam and uses thuggish techniques. Avoid them.
