I'll never conduct business with TWC again, I am likely to Meal! I'd been a person with TWC for 11 decades happy I then found out who I had been using the services of ultimately! I dropped behind 30 days on my cable bill & was struck having a onetime only charge of $4.95 (which later occurred numerous occasions) I named that month to inform them to prevent my cable totally & was handed the run-around, subsequently informed they cannot switch off my cable (really explained he was not able to switch off my cable!!!) I asked for a boss, never did I reach consult with one. Then your TWC worker guaranteed me it had been disconnected by Nowadays however they cannot state when it'd be really switched off. Well obviously thay billed me for another month of wire!!! They're thieves & liars. I contact to inform them I have to spend this off regular I dont possess the cash thus seeking my wire turn off within the first-place (just owed them $60 to begin with) but am bad, got nowhere when requesting help work-this out. I settled them each month & each month my statement extended to increase with costs. They switched me to a phony credit safety associaton & they added on MORE costs!!! Managing a great very long time standing client like dust is poor company. This entire absurd misuse went on since June.
