Do not conduct business with the corporation, they're scammers!

After 15 years of pager support, the final 5 which was with National Message, I chose to stop my pager consideration.

I called to stop, and was billed $3.50, plus additional BS costs, along with a complete additional month of support, which I just got per week before they switched off my pager.

Essentially, for 7 months of pager support, I had been billed $33.19.

I approached them to challenge the rip-off costs, and after many emails, however got nowhere. I thought we would quit and simply spend it since battling them for all more hours over $15-$20 wasn't worthwhile.

They'll stay you with extreme BS costs and WOn't alter some of them. Plus, they ask you for $3.50 each time you contact them, regardless of the main reason, no conditions. There's no reference to this cost everywhere on the site, actually, their telephone number is published right alongside their current email address like a contact choice.

No surprise this company is ranked "f" from the bbb

Their customer support may be the toughest, it's apparent that they're just thinking about blending every last red penny out-of their clients.

Much more so, if you should be a departing client, their perspective is truly "F* You!"

I really hope the corporation along with other enjoy it move just how of Primus Telecommunications, FROM BUSINESS!

They're destroying the machine as well as their clients.

Where's governmental oversight of companies such as this???

The FCC is just a laugh, they're a lapdog of the telecommunications business. Processing a problem together is just a waste of period, I Have discovered.
