Simply had the TOUGHEST customer knowledge I Have ever endured in my own 64 years!!! Named repetition in Bosie to question my statement. I'd stopped my "winter" telephone and web and didn't obtain a credit!!! Consequently I'd be spending money on anything I WEAR"T have or require!!! The repetition was fast to inform me it'd display on next weeks bill and that I stated you then should concern a temperature credit or create a notation when I do not wish to purchase anything I actually donot have. She advised me it'd seem like a credit the following month... Didn't pay attention to something I'd simply stated!!! Additionally she adv she'd not create a notation or other things!!! I request a boss 4 OCCASIONS she declined after which adv boss declined to consider my phone!!! I've been a in Customer-Service for 46 years, yes 46 years and that I HAVEN'T declined a phone from the client!!! Never!!! She insisted understanding what I needed to go over using the boss and that I recommended I had been confirming HER... She adamantly rejected. I informed her I'd contact Corporate Office and he or she stated proceed contact Corporate!!! I've been with Qwest, today Millennium Link, for two decades in Phoenix and two decades with Bell Phone in Tx!!! I had been shocked to express minimal!!! I did so contact Company and after calling twice... Long-distance... Eventually got Client Relationships. Named a buddy to inform her concerning the event and he or she explained after 40 years, yes 40 years she'd terminated ANYTHING with Qwest/Millennium Link because of all over again, customer support!!! Unfortunate they're dropping "long haul" clients because of anything as easy OF THE SAME QUALITY SUPPORT!!!
