Charged for Services Not Recieved

I required my wireless telephone providers be stopped. After many months they instantly change telephone back on without my permission. Used to do not make use of the telephone or any providers but was stilled charged. I spoke to customer support boss and got statement modification along and was guaranteed no more costs. Another month of costs was next included.in my opinion it's unjust and dishonest to cost for providers not employed.in my opinion it's dishonest to become guaranteed no extra payment and be stayed charged. I spoke to Verizon Restoration Division about my growing statement and also the client boss guarantee of "no further payment" and there reaction was I really could "judge subpoena the speech recording of my discussion using the boss plus they might recognize the contract" but normally the boss didn't create records in my own document and so I was responsible for the extra costs.
