Won't connect call

Gtl is bs. For just two times today my fiance has been attempting to call and GTL wont link the phone call. There's $80 within the consideration, nevertheless when I push 0 to simply accept the phone call it generally does not link. I had been about the telephone with GTL and AT&T ALL DAY LONG. Nevertheless the exact same problem exists. Then I contact and have to truly have the money about the consideration (OUR CASH) used in another telephone plus they wont do it. When it is their program that is all messed up. What BS. Now my fiance feels I am not taking his calls. The corporation is BULLSHIT!!!
