Money has not been placed on my card after you all have took it off

I've set 25 bucks on my charge card on Feb. 16 and contains nevertheless to not this very day been placed on my bill. I've been attempting to contact yall to get a complete month today and it has not obtained any telephone calls previously week. I actually donot understand why yall want to maintain my cash when yall are goin to make the journey to have it back.
