Century Link
Over Charges/Fraud

Telecommunications

On March 16th I named CenturyLink to discover exactly how we might reduce my payment. I talked with Sierra regarding our choices. After removing all my phone accessories (voicemail, owner i.D., 3-way calling) she subsequently continued to go over our tv choices. Sierra fraudulently offered me a bundle that doesn't occur. She also endorsed me NOT TO contact my present supplier (caught through CenturyLink 12 months before) till after DirectTV could emerge & deploy their satellite. She described I'dnot have disruption of support. This led to me spending over $400 in costs. Such as the break-in agreement with DishNetwork, along with a satellite radio from DirectTV. Sierra mentioned they required a creditcardnumber & the costs billed could be put on my first statement. It was also deceptive. DirectTV is getting me due to their containers. Sierra mentioned 2 containers might charge $6/month, 3 containers were $10 month. That is also untrue data. I've talked with all parties involved. I've requested to get a saving of the discussion. I've named twice, but to no avail. Any guidance for getting a quality could be appreciated.
