Over Blling-Lack of Service

Cobridge purchased Charter Communications in Russells Pt. Oh and immediately ignored I was bundled on rates and sent me a bill 30% more. Since the first of the year, they have overbilledme, charging me for cable when I had cancelled it, and overcharged and added items customer service didn't even know what they were. A charge of 44.94 for internet became 275.00. They are unreachable most of the time, will not adjust the errors, and threaten disconnect if you do not pay outrageous charges. I am only one who is cancelling and going with satellite. I would like my bill adjusted and a written contract on rates. It is difficult to find internet providers in my area. My sincere hope is you can get them to respond to all the complaints and refund monies we were forced to pay.
