I have had a contract with At&t since June. When I moved to a different town, I began to have limited service. No service at my home, limited near for about a mile radius. Called customer service on two occasions, visited the Venice, FL retail store, replaced the phone on At&t's advice through Apple thinking it might be a software issue to no avail. March 11 I finally was fed up and spoke with several reps including supervisors, etc. Letting me know I signed a contract for two years, and I had to pay the fee. I feel they have a contract with me to provide service. They claim they have no record of my calls (said the call was placed for other reasons) and therefore have no obligation to decrease or waive the fee. Be advised, At&t has poor coverage. I will pay the fee and go eleswhere, but not without public complaints.
