Unauthorized charges on verizon account

Obtained my Verizon account extra unauthorized fees on my bill. One from ESBI and another from OAN. Talked with OAN Larry mentioned that somebody in my own home who's not approved to change this consideration included this company. Talked using the individual and he assured me that we understand he didnot do this he didnot include something for this consideration. I believe this really is yet another organization throwing anything in your consideration wishing you'll simply spend this consideration without examining your statement. That's the main reason I actually donot permit direct charge monthly to get a statement since, fraudlent costs may appear or errors could be joined causing serious issues.
