We recently bought 2 Tracfones online from Tracfone that included free accessory packages. Among the plugs which was required for connecting towards the telephone was faulty. I sent and named talking with 2 various "administrators" requesting to displace the faulty component to no avail. They insisted on me returning both telephones, equally accessory packages and also to obtain a total reimbursement whilst the only answer. Our pleas to just send me a functional item package dropped on deaf ears. They utilize these techniques understanding no body within their proper brain might feel the trouble. Simply wish that you don't need to return something to Tracfone. Simply being about the telephone together is unpleasant. Repetitions are extremely difficult to comprehend and also the contacts are horrible.
