Terrible customer service

I recently bought a Rim telephone in a regional cricket shop. I'd the current presence of brain to request if all the functions works and was informed "definitely" from the shop worker.

Since that time I've had only problems. The protection is horrible. The web is really as sluggish being an aged dial-up program. They outsource their "customer support" to asia and 99% of times you-can't realize the individual about the different conclusion who'll provide you with some phoney national title like "carl" or "kevin".

After waiting for 38 units (indeed, I timed it) and after needing to cautiously understand what "carl" and "kevin" were saying I had been informed they don't assure that ANY function works on the exhibited telephone, actually the functions I'm spending money on.

What exactly may be the point-of promoting a feature-rich phone-in your shops if none of the functions may actually function?

Cricket has yet to react to that issue.

Do Not purchase a cricket phone. Do not utilize them as your wireless company. Alternatively, simply toss 60 bucks per month into your bathroom and eliminate it. That's essentially what you should be performing with any cricket support.
