Employee damaged my phone

I bought $300 mobile phone at-one of the licensed seller locations. It was droid amazing exhibited to Cricket. Onetime I visited corporate Cricket shop since I'd payment problems and worker requested me where did I get my telephone. I responded, at-one of one's licensed dealer places. He explained nothing, but reprogrammed my telephone, to ensure that I'd not get online sites. Our telephone briefly wouldn't work. I visited the area that offered me that telephone plus they improved me to $55 droid strategy. Our telephone wouldn't function after two times next, simply froze by start and nothing I really could do to repair it.

I chose to change to T Mobile since Cricket worker reprogrammed my telephone without showing me. Why do they approved somebody market telephones if they're against it? I dropped $300.
