Deactivating my line without reason

Yesterday morning, while I'm in a gathering, Cell D called me three times, quit a speech communication on my telephone, called my spouse as well as might work land-line. After I delivered the phone call questioning what's happening, no body at customer support might inform me exactly what the fascination is about.

Today after I had a need to create a phone I acquired the concept the quantity is banned. I called customer support to try and discover. Well obviously after 3 telephone calls along with a diverse solution each time why my point continues to be deactivated (I'm requesting several move, my sim-card continues to be loststolen) it's today their program who determined that particular figures have to be deactivated. They've use it the machine to reactivate my point but don't understand when this can occur since their program is sluggish. This isn't the clear answer I do want to notice.

The funniest of everything is the fact that I've 2 agreements with Cell H and based on them both figures were deactivated.incredible the program has chose to deactivate both my figures.

I'm going greater than a 100 kilometers at home to function and back and my cellphone is my device in case there is an urgent situation and because of Cell H I can't use my telephone.
