Phone harassment

My husband made the grave mistake of buying medical kits and saw blades from this company in 2008. He's been bothered on his company mobile phone and our home phone repeatedly since by salesman tom mitchell. My husband has quit attempting to be polite and has asked this person not to contact his telephone. This isn't functioning, he receives many calls per week from this person and has started just hanging on him. These products my husband purchased were very expensive and we don't need anything related to the corporation again! My husband has tried calling the phone numbers listed on the account but he can't-get through. Save lots of complications. Don't buy anything from the corporation. There must be a law from this type of harassing behavior!
