Tricky business practices and and being untruthfull

Criticism 1) bought insurance on phone had an issue with phone and was continuously informed it had been the region and structure area different telephones internally store worked good declined to displace telephone. Lastly went with new telephone and worked great. It was through the Warsaw Indianapolis shop. Purchased new telephone in the Goshen Indianapolis year later returned to Goshen shop to up-grade towards the Droid telephone. Store-manager explained that I'd need to update from my 50-dollar plus intend to a 74 dollar-plus strategy and that I could be ready to up-grade phone-in January. I return into shop in Goshen Indiana today and you know what. They inform me I am unavailable for an up-grade. Named customer support got a large run-around. I down-graded my plan and went out. I have been a Verizon client for over two decades. If anybody says this please don't trust any point with Verizon. They lie-in order to obtain you about the agreement.
