Jj ruined my phone

I blocked the Jupiter Port into my telephone & it worked great. After I ripped the JJ out-of my telephone & attempted to create a telephone call I'd no audio on my telephone & I really couldnot create or receive calls. I got my telephone to my companies shop to determine exactly what the issue was & they explained the JJ was nevertheless performing as if it had been linked. Therefore to create a lengthy history small, the jupiter port which charge me $4.99 ruined a $400.00 telephone which was no further under guarantee! Is that this the main reason that Jupiter Port doesn't place their customer support telephone number on the site?!
