Had ATT DSl and home, with recurring issues. Technology recommended to change to u-verse. I changed. Required all day long to install, among my room telephone jacks no further works following the install, and my calls fall when the device about the table is transferred. (bad wiring). They arrived, changed wiring, but issue still exists. Got charged for ATT Uverse, AND ATT DSL/landlines. After 2 mos - they ultimately corrrected the payment and oferred me a $15 down to pay for that issues. Today we're 3 mos later, calls however falling, web nevertheless BELOW degree I purchase, and general telecom expenses $30 significantly more than what I had been spending before. Named today to try and stop. Was told I had been delivered a contact agreement on 5/12. Ripped up that file - no e-mail - required evidence of it delivered - no body understands just how to do this. After being moved around, was informed I had been not in agreement in-May (thus no mail to that particular impact must have been delivered—someoneis laying). But... Based on them, I secured into agreement after I approved their $15.00/mo payment for that prior support/billing issues. However waiting TO LISTEN TO the registered phone where it claims I had been enterring a deal. Been on together 3 hours with this - and today she is informs me no sup can be obtained to perform the phone call for me. But... What do I'd like them to preserve me like a client.informed them - ELIMINATE THE CONTRACT standing, and provide me versatility to decided on a support that works for me personally. She claims she did that. We will discover what fresh costs/costs continue my consideration in a couple of days.
