Unnecessary deduction of balance

My mobile no. Is 7895220748
On 3rd december i received an sms telling that I've activated for many information attentive and rs. 10 subtracted from my balance. Which I'dnot done. Also rs. 10 again taken on 4th december day for that same reason.
Please check out the issue since I have haven't activated for almost any such offer. And advise me on my current email address virgo. Shailly@gmail.com
