Cheating the prepaid customers

I have been using the airtel prepaid connection for the last 3 years and i do a weekly recharge for atleast

Rs. 500. For the last 2 weeks almost every service pack has been activated and i had a amount of 1126 rs, which went down to Rs 130. Everytime i call up the customer care i'v not been given a proper response. I'm so fed up that i'm ready to give a police complaint! Kindly help me to get my money from these fraudsters!
