Online Phone Activity Missing for Teen Son's Phone, No Help

I bought a over priced Boost Mobile phone back in May for my teenage son. No problems... Then back in August, when I looked online to check phone activity, I saw nothing. I called CS... No one speaked English and they couldn't help me. I still can't see all phone activity online, sometimes it says he made calls/texts, other times, nothing. Total inconsistency with information and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP!!!
