Stole money from bankcard twice

After receiving the Majic Jack product that I ordered on line and payed
for the five year plan.
Big Mistake... The company continued to keep charging my card another two times for the full amount. I called my bank to get the charges reversed and they said No, what do i do, i cant seem to find a phone # and keep hitting dead ends.
