I've never had a worst encounter in my own existence in relation to telephonic customer support. Try to contact 011 9115563, talk to Tandi and have to become transferred to somebody that can help along with your query……. It required ME-1 time, /- 15 calls along with a large amount of disappointment before I required to become transferred to some Supervisor. This occurred though he didn't resolve my issue both. I settled my bill about the 27th of Sept and my MTN dial up hasn't been been triggered again. “Sir we've not obtained evidence of payment”. This evidence continues to be submitted by FNB!!! Thank God I currently shifted my cellphone to Vodacom and that I may stop my dial-up membership en of Dec.
In addition to the poor customer service, MTN sign in my own region, Villieria, Pta. Sucks. Vodacom cape entrance.
