Lack of coverage and where is 3G

I've T Mobile and that I also am happy with their customer support but need to concur that I might change for 2 persuasive reasons... First, having less protection. I continuously proceed in places where I've complete cafes however the telephone won't let me call. It claims its readily available for crisis just, meaning T Mobile doesn't have agreement in position for running with whichever community I am on. The second reason is the functions/providers, I agree... Where's 3G!!!
