Horrible customer service

Don't purchase a telephone from Vtech! 1. I purchased a telephone per their telephone person program also it fooled me into purchasing a item I really could not use.

2. I've attempted to obtain to a live individual for an RMA number on the 1-800 number, which is extremely difficult to understand - I acquired hung-up each time I named, since their was no choice for results.

3. While somehow I got fortunate enough to keep in touch with somebody, she declined to think the telephone person chosen the design I bought, and that I offered her the web site connect to observe for himself the phonefinder mentioned that my design mentioned it'd a headset jack—after I obtained it, there is no headset jack.

I described I'm disabled and require a headset-nevertheless the Indian lady declined to provide mean RMA AMOUNT; AND PUT ME TO TECHSUPPORT WHERE I HAD BEEN HUNG ON IN-TRANSIT-SUBSEQUENTLY NOT ABLE TO GET BACK TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE.

I finally quit and questioned the cost via my charge card.

VTECH is terrible

Their contact centre and site is setup to deal with specialized problems, and doesn't permit you to mail or choose a live individual to speak with.

In a nutshell—look elsewhere!
