I named Express Programs since I'd not obtained my idcard although I'd registered per month before. It got me three telephone calls to obtain this fixed. The girl who acquired my preliminary phone pretended she could not notice me and hung-up on me. I'm good she might hear me however since the fun voice response program (IVR) worked properly before I had been used in a live consultant.
I called back quickly. This time around, after I was sent via IVR to some consultant the telephone called many times after which offered me a saving the consultant wasn't buying up and disconnected me.
I called back a next time and obtained exactly the same lady who responded my phone the very first time. I informed her I had a need to obtain a prescription and didn't have an identification card however. She explained she couldn't determine what I intended. Additionally, in the place of requesting me to confirm my tackle/telephone number, she read my info aloud and questioned me to verify it, that has never occurred in my experience before. It looked like she was managing individual personal and private data carelessly.
