Wrongfully turned me into a collection agency

I obtained an assortment notice from the business in Tennessee declaring I owe Cellular One $408.08. The ultimate statement was therefore large since I applied my same quantity after I changed being unsure of this could stop my agreement 5 days early. I settled this statement also it experienced my bill in March. I never got any updates it had been "outstanding" (that was never the situation in whatever way). Subsequently on May 29th I all a quick understand this notice. I ask Wednesday (couldn`t phone Friday due to the vacation) and in the beginning they inform me I've a zero stability and that I was never converted into selections. Then I contact the collection company plus they claim I had been switched in. And So I contact Mobile One plus they claim I had been switched in in the end, however it was their error. That they can contact and obtain it straightened out. Today I`m waiting before end-of the week to discover what goes on. I'll update you!
