I'd a Tracfone for a long time and not had issue one. As an idiot, oneday I decided I "simply needed" a fancier cellphone. I had beennot pleased in what Tracfone needed to provide but their site offered me the choice of picking out a Net-10 telephone. As it happens that Tracfone and Net-10 would be the same organization. Since I have had best of luck with my Tracfone I thought that, being exactly the same organization, Net-10 could be similarly acceptable.inCORRECT! I purchased a 'spiffy' Motorola "slider" online also it was in my own fingers three days later. It was ten days before. Your day I obtained the telephone, I went online to productive it. But, since I have desired to maintain my "previous quantity", the web site educated me that it might occupy to "three times" to "port my number into my new mobile phone". Six-days later, I obtained a note that my previous quantity have been "ported" which today my new telephone was prepared to trigger. Yippee, right? INCORRECT. I involved in repeated efforts to trigger my phone online. Every time, I wound-up by having an error message requesting me to contact the Web 10 Customer Support point. I did so. Welcome to Heck! I used the following fifty minutes (no - no exaggeration - 50 MOMENTS) addressing exactly the same concerns again and again and OVER: whatis my title, whatis my current email address, whatis my house phone number, whatis my birthday, whatis my new telephoneis sequential number; do I do want to obtain special deals on my house phone number and what's the zipcode where I'll be utilizing the phone probably the most?
