Autopay, still cut off for no pmt, 10$ unknown fee

I bought a Cricket Broadband card in November. After I got my document statement for that next weeks support I visited MyCricket.com and put up digital billing and autopayments. This week I recognized my broadband was not performing and so I got online from my iPhone and looked over my bill. It stated it had been stopped for nonpayment and that I could not enter account administration till I settled the entire quantity of $82.48 (that will be for just two weeks of support). As angry when I was so that as sick and tired of Cricket when I was, I went forward and created a charge card pmt online however the cost arrived as $92.48. I still can't-get into my consideration to determine when they got me put up on autopayments or not. I'd prefer to understand what the $10 distinction is about. I do not wish to maintain the autopayments about the consideration since I guess they'll double-bill me for that support I Have previously taken care of but can't-get into my bill to stop.
