Exactly what a racket - like a supervisor of my company I will approve incoming collect calls from anybody anytime - after a lot of calls Worldwide blocks calls stating "way too many calls to 1 quantity" which my telephone provider is preventing calls - garbage and lies lies lies! I told International they're making these prepay records to ensure that everytime we've to refill we get struck the $10 charge, for their advantage - no remark in the boss over there, incidentally
