Cox Comm, AZ may be the toughest organization I've had the sad encounter of coping with... Employees are rude (I've been hung-up on), they're not able to execute the easiest of duties, no body appears to understand what they're performing, I've been submitted a lot of instructions that I turned exceptionally disappointed and annoyed. If feasible, I'd stay away from their providers... Discover another organization to supply your phone, wire and online sites.
