I registered for Fios a week ago. They named me to verify the purchase, subsequently to verify the visit... Emails aswell. They didn't appear. After I named, I had been on-hold for 45min after which was informed the specialist which was designed to arrive at do the installment, didn't visit function. Nobody had the decency to contact and also to allow me to understand. Eventually got the visit rescheduled. Along with dropping an entire evening of function, they WOn't pay me giving me a discount or perhaps a month free or anything. Could you think these folks? No-work ethics!!!
