My partner ordered me a brand new motorola tracfone. I named the tracfone cellphone # on my service card on Friday, 10/30 I informed the client support representative that I needed to maintain the exact same telephone number which I'd a brand new telephone I needed to trigger, nicely it ultimately began focusing on Sat. 10/31 but having a unique telephone #. On Monday 11/2 I named the house office # in California plus they stated they'd overnight a brand new sim-card in my experience. I never acquired it, I named them again on Thursday they again explained they'd deliver me a brand new sim-card overnight, I never obtained it, my partner named them Friday 11/6 they informed him they'd overnight a brand new sim-card and offered him a fed-ex tracking #. Well you know what it's Sunday 11/7 and that I still haven't obtained my overnight sim-card, and that I examined the following # on fed-ex and that I won't obtain it until Monday, 11/9. This telephone was a personal gift that has converted into a headache.
