Awful customer service

I'm handicapped and reside with my aged dad, the agreement with Chat Chat is in his name-but he doesn't get online. About the above day we totally missing service, when I recently dropped my cell phone this recommended I'd to disrupt my nearby neighbor and have him easily can use his home to contact Chat Chat and inform them of the problem with this service. After being handed around in one division to a different, I eventually were able to record the problem, simply to be educated that it might occupy to 5 times to repair. I told them that when I am handicapped I ought to get priority therapy but this appeared to produce no distinction. The mistake has been solved nevertheless when I named them recently to inform them I had been disappointed using the support that I'd obtained the one who I talked to was impolite and had an attitude problem. Once the agreement ends in March I'll be getting my company elsewhere as Chat Talk Customer Support is terrible.
