Used credit card from a pay phone when car broke down. Call lasted 2 minutes at most. Charged $23 without notice and without operator involvement. Tried calling IOS 800 number multiple times to dispute - would not connect after holding or disconnects after several minutes. Complete rip off of consumer. Disputing charges through credit card company.
