Product does not work and they will not refund 5 year plan

Secret Port customer support usually provides you with the run around. It's very the laugh whenever you attempt to get a problem solved. Really Micki-Mouse client and technical assistance. I can't create any good telephone calls since their mj device is of low quality and definitley a waste of money and time. I paid $59.00 due to their five-year strategy after which it generally does not function half the full time. I'd undoubtedly recommend anybody who's considering purchasing one of these to remain free from it. It appears to be always a fraud organization simply because they don't remain behind their item plus they WOn't reimbursement cash after they obtain on the job it I then found out in the customer support after I attempted to obtain a reimbursement for that 5-year strategy. Today I'm without telephone support. It's certainly a rip-off. It's inexpensive engineering that's completely useless!
