I called him to tell him that I was switching my phone service and he said I would have no problem doing that. I wanted to make sure when they hooked up my phone that i would have no problem. I have called and talked to him 3 times now and still the freeze is still not lifted. He is a liar and I am reporting his company to the BBB and the atorney generals office. Do not sign up for this phone service they do not know what they are doing there obviously because i would rather pay more to another company than stay with this company
