Ridiculous company

I put A Global telephone call to Portugal being unsure of exactly what the prices were (they do not offer you them whenever you register together). As it happens it had been an enormous error, because the statement ended up to become $223.48 for 37 mintues (or $6.04/min). Are we still in 1950? Absurd and just structured robbery and monopoly.
