Im pissed with this company and filed a complaint using the fcc today about global tel link. This really is definately the worst organization i've ever had to cope with. I've paid the corporation countless dollars to date in order to talk to my husband in prison. Before i achieved our hundred dollar restriction i submitted a cost (before bill actually arrived) so providers could be on. All a quick my phone was blocked and my check was banked on 6-26-09 nowadays is 7-9-09 and it's still not utilized. I've not been able to communicate with him all now because of their error. I also went to the bank paid them a fee to have the copy of the back of the check to determine who cashed it. What a shock gtl did. And so i called them three times already. Obviously nothing has been done. They sent me a statement today in the mail. I truly dont want to send payment in immediately because of the first one not being used. Who is suffering in the long run. Me and my husband. We need a far more reliable company which will give us exemplary services to keep in touch with our family members. And according with a inmates within this ohio jail i'm not alone that's having this problem additional bill payers are. I love it much better once the charged it to my house telephone. I greatly hate worldwide tel link and feel the corporation needs some major enhancement.
