The Secret Port is beyond issue the toughest customer digital item I've actually purchased.

I bought this product in April in a regional Radio Shack store and paid money. After I got finished house, it worked really well - it kicked right up, and worked mainly really well, to get a support that costs $2 per month. Audio quality was reasonable, what with several ticks and beeps and other sounds. However for the price, who might protest?

The actual troubles began after six months. Ever since then, the center of May, issues have gone straight downhill. Calls don't reach me. The unit won't start up, or my pc doesn't identify it, or anything; and also the audio quality has damaged to the stage where I can't create outcalls at-all, since my speech "breaks up" and that I am unintelligible towards the individual in the other end. Calls are fallen continuously middle-discussion. Callers reach somebody in another condition, or nation, or even the phone is diverted to my speech communication container, and also the owner is informed the box is complete.

However The toughest component is the fact that this product has triggered people contacting me locally to get long distance costs consequently. A buddy of mine, who lives 8 blocks from below, named me at my 773-region signal Miracle Port quantity, from her 773 land-line, that will be AT&T. She was charged $22.00 for these calls, despite the fact that they're regional calls within the same region rule! She named AT&T, and also the additional company, whose quantity AT&T supplied her with, and was informed that AT& T has total attention to determine what is really a long-distance phone.
