Constantly calling for payments

Despite the fact that we create our phone bill funds promptly, Bellsouth/AT&T repeatedly calls us each month before funds are due, looking to get us to pay for our statement within the telephone. I came across this really bad since none of our different billers do that. And so I called Bellsouthis customer support quantity plus they explained the calls are "arbitrary" and there is nothing they or I really could do to prevent it! They truly are not arbitrary when the same individual has been named each month! This really is excessively frustrating, also it is like nuisance. Has someone else experienced this? So what can I actually do?
