Continued Calls to NON-CUSTOMER

After I changed telephone numbers, the individual who'd my quantity before me evidently owed Money One lots of cash and didn't change his telephone number through Capital One. I truly cannot blame Capital One for calling. I will, however, blame them for calling repeatedly and whatsoever hours.

The very first time they named that I had been ready to reply my telephone, they expected for Kyle. I told them the number they'd was no further his range. They named again, and that I told them the same. They named AGAIN, and that I told them the same. They named ALL OVER AGAIN and that I got snippy and informed them that it had been about-time they transformed their quantity on apply for this person. The owner replied by getting snippy with me and informing me that which was why he was calling. He lied... I acquired 4 or 5 more calls, to that we replied with significantly noisy and angry retorts. Every time the owner explained (snottily) they were eliminating my amount in the listing.

Finally, I named Capital One customer support and informed them TO PREVENT THE CALLS instantly, that I wasnot Kyle and experienced no idea who Kyle was. They apologized and, allegedly, eliminated me from their listing. Then I acquired more calls. I eventually needed each one of the (various) figures they'd named from plugged by AT&T. The calls have eventually ceased, but Kyle possibly offered out his quantity to varied credit businesses and device producers or Money One offered my range for them.
