I searched through my Embarq Phone statement and noticed a $14.99 cost by IDL providers INC & intellicall OP providers to get a phone produced from an area quantity to my house phone. My partner named the amount to discover who it had been. It had been a fax machine. I named Embarq plus they stated that it had been a collect phone. Therefore, somebody having a company or house phone fax machine-made a collect phone to my NEARBY house telephone with owner support. Who on the planet makes a COLLECT telephone call from their house fax number or company fax amount to some NEARBY quantity with owner help? The phone call didn't originate from a pay-phone but from somebodyis house fax number or company fax number. The phone call allegedly survived 2 units and also the cost was $14.99 plus tax $1.05. Even though number was nearby, I don't realize that number or anyone who I'd take a collect telephone call from applying that quantity. I've approved NO COLLECT telephone calls from that quantity or from anybody in Biscoe, NC where the named allegedly originated from. I actually donot actually call or understand anybody for the reason that neighborhood to phone, or that will call me. Therefore, I named IDL and that I told them that it had been a fax machine. The IDL customer support individual named the amount aswell and explained that it had been a fax machine. He explained he is crediting the cash back again to my telephone bill and offered me a confirmation number. He also explained to contact Embarq and tell them that I'll not be spending that part of the statement and also to inform Embarq that part of the statement from IDL was acknowledged to my consideration and also to provide Embarq the verification number. After I named Embarq, the woman attempted to do something as if the problem wasnot absurd, when it will be was.

We wondered then if Embarq was in onto it with this particular organization.
