We shifted in March and moved our phone and DSL service with Embarq. There have been issues at our new area and we went 3 months without telephone or online sites. We named many times along with a fix guy arrived twice. It got 3 months to solve, we were not able to obtain a credit from Embarq for that 3 months without support. I crash behind in my own funds, although I had been spending twice-monthly and Embarq slice the DSL support down and it is today getting me a $99 early termination charge. I've attempted to pay for the entire stability less this composed charge however they WOn't assist or bargain. I understand they are able to renounce the charge and take my complete cost nowadays however they are swindling people instead. The client support continues to be rude and awful. The DSL company was great but I'd not suggest applying Embarq since you deal the great DSL support for expensive support and rude customer support and think you me, if you are using Embarq there'll certainly be often you will need to contact the client support department!
