I received a marketing phone from Marriage Telecom in April and provided 2.9 cents/moment from Europe to Pakistan, I visited their site instantly and verify the prices and subscribe to the providers. After I got my first statement in May 08, the organization billed me @ 13 cents/moments. I named them-and request the modification and reimbursement of the over-charged amount. Once the Co. WOn't reimbursement I requested for that closing of my bill in June. Dispite the closing demand the Co. Held subtracting from my charge card untill July. I visited the Little Claims Court Brampton Ontario. The Co. Overlook the judge support. The judge determined in my own benefit and requested the Co. To pay for me a including the court costs along with other costs occurred.in reaction the Co. Reimbursement to my charge card significantly less than a $100. The Co. Is tatally overlooking the customer privileges as wel as judge orders.
