Unauthorized bank withdrawals!

A cost keeps turning up on my charge card statement. CIC*Triple Benefit, 877-4816825, CA - and that I understand it is just $12.95, but I've named the organization to describe for them that I've no idea exactly what the costs are for which I'd like it ended instantly. Customer Support wasn't useful, they actually attempted to express they might not stop it. I've named a few occasions to obtain a reimbursement to my charge card bill and also to stop the regardless of the "membership" may be plus they wouldn't actually provide that choice to me till I confronted arguing the costs with my charge card business. Once I confronted that, they decided to return my consideration and prevent the near future costs.

A brand new month is here now along with a new statement is here - using the same cost showing just like the prior weeks. I've submitted the challenge with my charge card organization, but I'm bound to publish a criticism from this company on every site I will find. I should not need to spend my time-on this, but I'm following the countless grievances I Have previously discovered online regarding this organization, no body else does something to avoid this from occurring to naive customers! At what stage may a business such as this be held responsible for such steps?
