Unfairly trying to charge for Dish network's Shortcomings

We have been customers of AT&T for years, but in Jan, Feb, Mar & Apr of our service with Dish Network (which was bundeled with AT&T) had many problems. (2 out of 3 boxer refused to work) After several attempts and failures to repair the equipment, we discontinued service and called another company. Since we only had 1/3 service, I only sent them 1/3 payment. We FINALLY got them to take off the $300.00 for the returned equipment, which left a balance of $242.00 Now AT&T has taken it upon themselves to harrass us for the monies in question. They say I owe it—and i insist I don't. We shouldn't have to pay for service we didn't get! Dish broke their contract, and we shouldn't have our phone service and DSL held hostage to Their ineptness!
Take my advice folks, AVOID AT&T like the plague, and never use AT&T service for anything!
Their customer loyalty STINKS. And NEVER, NEVER have services bundeled!
